The hotel was big size, and the meals were OUTSTANDING, I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning and particularly good location close to the railway station, a quiet area of Bentota, which is a couple of km from the beach, and Good Karma. The staff was pretty friendly, offered to visit some nice places. The pool was very clean, the breakfast was plentiful.

I really enjoyed my spacious room, which featured comfortable chairs, an en-suite bathroom, and fresh towels. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a great variety of food options. the staff were incredibly caring and friendly, available to help both day and night.

Breakfast coffee disappointing.

We had an amazing time at a hidden gem off the beaten track. the staff were attentive and took care of everything. the food was some of the best we've had in Sri Lanka, especially the homemade Sri Lankan curry. the villa had a beautiful colonial style and a lovely garden and pool. the on-site tuk-tuk service was a convenient way to get to the beach and other local destinations. We felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

I had an amazing time at the villa. The staff was friendly and took great care of me. They provided a tuk-tuk service to transport me to nearby attractions like Lunuganga garden and the beach. The garden and pool area were stunning, a perfect place to relax. The food served was delicious, especially the breakfast and curries. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a variety of amenities including a boat trip and massage services. The location was not very close to the beach, but the hotel was more than happy to ferry guests down to the beach or take them to the shops.

One minor issue is the WiFi, which needs improvement.

We spent a fantastic 8 days at this beautiful villa and loved every minute. The grounds are stunning with a large swimming pool and impressive gardens. The rooms are stylish with comfortable beds and good amenities. The host and staff were incredibly hospitable and gave great tips for local activities. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We felt so relaxed and at home here that we changed our travel plans to return at the end of our trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfect. the villa is beautifully maintained, with stylish furniture throughout and a stunning garden. the pool area is a haven of tranquility, and we loved spending our mornings there, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. the food was delicious, both the dinner and breakfast were prepared with fresh ingredients. the location is ideal, not too far from the beach but far enough to escape the noise and crowds. We felt right at home here and would highly recommend Good Karma Villa to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat.

The hotel had a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a garden. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the playground for children was a nice touch. I also loved the fact that I could go cycling nearby.

Absolutely stunning grounds. We could sit and watch the pool and gardens all day! The location is a few km from the beach but you can use the hotel tuk tuk if needed. It's a great place to relax and end a trip in Sri Lanka. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The homemade Sri Lankan curry for dinner was amazingly tasty.

Well-furnished rooms, helpful and friendly staff, clean territory with a convenient pool, free tuk-tuk service to the beach, and the option to use the kitchen. Beautiful architecture and styling, spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, and a lovely romantic getaway with privacy and luxury in a budget. Impressive grounds, tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable beds, good lighting and air conditioning, reliable wifi, and delicious breakfast and a la carte menu. The hospitable host and staff provided great tips and facilitated activities.

The room at Good Karma Villa was amazing! I absolutely loved the private bathroom with a bidet. It made me feel so pampered and added a touch of luxury to my stay. As a business traveler, it was a welcome feature that added convenience and comfort to my daily routine.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the triple room. It felt a little too isolated and I missed the ambient noise that you usually hear in a hotel.
